Shipping methods and delivery times

www.decoestil.com will only deliver orders in Spain Peninsula. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the date of receipt of the order or within another period stipulated on the page.

Orders will be sent directly from mrregalos.es through its logistics operators.

Shipping costs will be free for all shipments to mainland Spain over €39. If the order is less than €39, the shipping costs will be € 3.

If there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you must call to confirm what time the merchandise can be delivered. The transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses for approximately 7 days before returning it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you must contact decoestil.com Customer Service. You can write to us at info@decoestil.com or call 683 369 531 . From the moment we have your notification we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

You have 30 days to change or return your order

You may return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within the period of 30 days after receiving the order and as long as it keeps its packaging in optimal condition. To do this you must contact us at info@decoestil.com , call 683 369 531 or you can also use our contact section.

Whenever the return is due to product defects, decoestil.com assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items.

If the reasons for return are beyond the control of decoestil.com , that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses incurred for the return will NOT be borne by mrregalos.es. The CORREOS EXPRESS transport agency will make a collection at your place of residence with a cost per package of €9 on the refund to be made or coupon to be sent.

Once received at our facilities and checked the material, the amount paid will be credited to your credit card or Paypal account. If you paid by transfer or cash on delivery, the money will be credited to the bank account you indicate. All returns will be managed within a maximum period of 14 days from their arrival at the warehouse, the amount will be paid within that same maximum period of 14 days. If any anomaly is detected, the package will be rejected with postage due for the customer.
