Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods and delivery times will only deliver orders in Spain Peninsula. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the date of receipt of the order or within another period stipulated on the page.

Shipping costs will be free for all shipments to mainland Spain over €39. If the order is less than €39, the shipping costs will be 3.

If there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you must call to confirm what time the merchandise can be delivered. The transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses for approximately 7 days before returning it to our facilities.

You have 30 days to change or return your order

Whenever the return is due to product defects, assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items.
